This journal is double blind peer reviewed publication, meaning that all of the papers are reviewed by our pool of experts consisted of academic coming from the faculties of law which are members of the SEELS network. The blind review implies that the reviewers are not in the know of the names and the institutions where the authors come from, and are non-biased when forming their evaluation of the papers.
The papers are evaluated from several different aspects and can be evaluated as:
- Original scientific paper;
- Review paper and
- Professional paper
In case one paper has two different evaluations, the policy is that the more favorable one is taken as valid. In cases when one paper has two opposite evaluations (in other words one reviewer finds it good for publishing while the other rejects it) a third reviewer is engaged and his or hers evaluation has a decisive meaning.

Note: Please note that the final decision and a selection of the Peer Reviewers is done by the Editorial Board of the Journal.
